"Well it was funny cause I've had some shifts happen that work. Um, first I fired one of the employees because I noticed that they weren't up to par to the standards of what I was setting for the company. And I had that realization and then another employee decided to quit on their own. And I was like, well isn't this interesting? We're just getting rid of the garbage I guess phase for good stuff. And um, the funny thing was there was uh, a couple of months ago I was referred in a team leader in one of the brokerages. I'm here in south Florida and I was like dying for them to get in contact with me cause they were supposed to call me, not me. Call them. And I remember I talked to you that I was having problems with my phone. I could not get into my voicemails. So this week I got into my voicemails, I had like 57 voice messages and one of them was from her in February, come talk to me. So I just got in contact with her right away. I explained the situation and I'm meeting her tomorrow at two. Like this is a huge brokerage in south Florida. If they sign up, it's going to take me to the next level for sure. "
